SJH Computing offers a wide range solutions and services for home and small business users. These include:

• Health checks: Health checks are like a mini MOT/service for your computer/laptop. We offer three different levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. With the very basic health check, Bronze, we perform a virus, spyware, and adware removal, update your operating system, tidy and remove temporary files that may slow your computer down and also tweak system settings for optimal performance.
  With the Silver package, we perform all the tasks as mentioned in the Bronze, along with a review and update of your hardware drivers and also carry out Internet security checks to make sure you are safe while browsing the web.
  With the Gold package, we perform all tasks in both Bronze and Silver, and also check that your system isn't overheating and also carry out a physical clean inside and out, which should improve performance and the life of your computer.

• Repairs: We can repair a wide range of problems, whether its a computer, laptop, netbook, printer, or scanner. The repairs often take place in our workshop where we have some of the best tools and equipment on hand, meaning a fast turn around.

• Upgrades: We can also upgrade your computer / laptop, or even peripherals such as printers. Just like the repairs, the upgrades often take place in our workshop, however you can request for us to perform the upgrade in your own home.

• Software and Hardware installation: SJH Compuing can also install new software or hardware. Whether you've purchased new antivirus software, or a TV tuner expansion card for example, we can install it and make sure its working.

• Operating System format: If you want to return your computer or laptop back to how it came out of the factory, then you need your computer formatted. We recommend that this is done at least once a year, as this will remove unwanted programs and files, and you will also notice an increase in performance.

• Network installation and Broadband setup: Many households now have several devices that can be networked together and connected to the Internet. SJH Computing can connect your devices together, whether they are computers, laptops or even game consoles, using wired or wireless technology. • Small Business Users: We also offer several support packages for small businesses. We offer a Pay As You Go support package and also a Contracted support package.
  Our Pay As You Go package is ideal for one-time jobs or support. You simply pay a fixed hourly rate for the support you receive.
  Our Contracted package is ideal for businesses that require regular IT support. Not only will you receive guaranteed IT support, but you can also take advantage of our hourly savings.
