Optimise – SJH Computing’s Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) Service


Whether you are looking for someone to keep an eye on your computers to help spot problems before they occur, or want someone you can rely on for your technology requirements, you’ve come to the right place for your business IT support. Depending on your needs, we can help your business. We can provide ad-hoc (pay-as-you-go) support or a monthly maintenance and monitoring package.

Ad-hoc support is exactly what it means, you pay when you use us. So whether you need us twice a month or once every couple of months, you only pay when you use our services.

Our monthly maintenance and monitoring packages come in two varieties; Optimise Basic and Optimise Pro. Details of these can be found below:

Optimise - Basic
£10 per device/month
Daily checks to make sure your system is in perfect working order – If we spot something that can’t be fixed in the background, we’ll call you to discuss your options.
Patch management – We make sure your PC is up to date
Managed antivirus – We use our own antivirus solution to help protect you from virus and spyware infections.
Should any problems arise or you need our assistance, you will be charged accordingly.
 
Optimise - Pro
POA
Daily checks to make sure your system is in perfect working order – If we spot something that can’t be fixed in the background, we’ll call you to discuss your options.
Patch management – We make sure your PC is up to date
Managed antivirus – We use our own antivirus solution to help protect you from virus and spyware infections.
Mini system tune-up – every week we run a number of special programs in the background that will tune-up your computer, you won’t even notice them running.
Remote support - You don't have to pay any labour charges should you require our assistance (terms and conditions apply)
