A squishy had burst and the slime contents had gone into the fan, and my laptop kept shutting down. Not great when I use it for uni and work. I have had Steve Hames look after my computer around 7 years now ( I was using a Windows 7 at the time which he took away and made like new again!) Now up to date he still looks after my computer (Windows 11) and helps me when i get a problem and installs the anti virus when has to be renewed.
