Needed some professional advice as our laptop had gone awol locking out emails and running slow etc. Google search came up with SJH as a local IT support specialist. Staff who answered were polite and Steve the owner called back within 10 mins to arrange a home visit a few days later. He arrived early and after explaining the issues within 30 minutes he had sorted the problems rearranged a few things uninstalled and reinstalled outlook and just to round off his visit suggested changes we could make in subscriptions when they become due that will save us a lot of money.

After initial email contact with Steve Hames, he picked up my old, failing computer, took it away and transferred lots of saved data to my new machine. He then brought both machines back to me, set up my email account on the new machine and everything else I needed. Great service - well-pleased.

A squishy had burst and the slime contents had gone into the fan, and my laptop kept shutting down. Not great when I use it for uni and work.
